HKPO was founded in 2006 and has been a Shingo Licensed Affiliate since 2017. Specializing in consulting services and workshops, HKPO helps organizations integrate the Shingo Guiding Principles or prepare for a Shingo Prize challenge. HKPO offers tailored private Shingo workshops designed to meet specific organizational needs. These workshops provide foundational learning about the Shingo Model™ and its 10 Guiding Principles, along with hands-on, interactive experiences led by expert facilitators. Participants engage in Go and Observe activities at award-winning sites, explore behaviors that exemplify principles such as “Respect Every Individual” and “Lead with Humility,” and learn how behaviors, systems, and principles work together to drive results. Additionally, HKPO helps organizations identify and define the ideal behaviors and the systems that support them, fostering sustainable improvement and organizational excellence.
