Win Together® was founded in 2020 by Sheila Montney, a Life Member of the Shingo Academy, who served on the Shingo Executive Advisory Board for 10 years. Ms. Montney led the first Shingo Challenge by a financial services organization in 2011-12, wherein State Farm Life received a Bronze Medallion. Win Together® is based in Illinois, with team members located in Pennsylvania, Texas, Indiana, Nebraska, and Florida.
