Brett Pichla is a Detroit native and seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience driving cultural transformation and operational excellence across the defense, aerospace, automotive, and nuclear sectors. Starting his career in 1997 as a receiving clerk in the steel industry, he steadily rose into leadership roles, guiding enterprise-level initiatives that delivered multimillion-dollar results. Mr. Pichla earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration with concentrations in management and leadership. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, known for leading impactful efforts in continuous improvement, Lean deployment, and leadership development for organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 250 companies. Currently pursuing a doctorate in Business Administration at Florida International University, Mr. Pichla is also a researcher and forthcoming author focused on business excellence and sustainable growth.
