Biography

Daniel Moreno is a globally experienced operational excellence expert who has led Lean transformations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. As a Shingo certified facilitator and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has delivered over $19 million USD in cost savings and mentored more than 3,000 professionals across Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Eaton. Mr. Moreno combines a systems-thinking approach with deep expertise in quality, data analytics, and change leadership. A former examiner for ASQ’s International Team Excellence Award (ITEA), he brings a global perspective to enterprise-level continuous improvement. He currently leads operational excellence efforts across the Americas at Kongsberg Automotive.
