Biography
Dr. Doğan Hasan, CEO and founder of UnoPro, has extensive experience in managing manufacturing organizations during his career as an engineer, professional manager, industrial entrepreneur, academician, and consultant. With deep and wide experience on Industry 4.0, lean and digital transformation, and operational and organizational excellence, Dr. Hasan has led three cultural transformations, one of which was called an "exile" similar to the NUMMI case. As a project manager, he relocated an Industry 4.0 Siemens factory. As a manufacturer, his company earned IATF16949 certification and he installed ERP, both without consultancy support. Dr. Hasan also designed, developed, and built four unique model factories for Industry 4.0 transformation. He is currently developing a twin transformation model factory in the Turkish-German University where he is a part-time lecturer.
