Ms. Gina Liebe is an experienced program manager of Lean transformations. Before joining S A Partners, Ms. Liebe worked as associate director of operational excellence at Roche in one of their biggest production sites located in Bavaria; as group Lean lead at Borealis, one of Austria’s leading companies; and as Lean transformation manager at Ferring, a leader in reproductive medicine, gastroenterology, and urology. She also worked nearly 10 years at Novo Nordisk in global quality and the central Lean office. Ms. Liebe has broad experience in developing and deploying operational excellence programs, delivering substantial improvements across SQDEC in a focused, yet pragmatic way. In addition to program management, one of her core strengths is coaching at all levels in the organization. Ms. Liebe is a certified green belt and coach.
