Jason R. McKinney is a seasoned business transformation and continuous improvement leader with over 25 years of experience driving operational and cultural excellence across aerospace, healthcare, specialty products, textiles, and consumer goods. With a foundation in Industrial Engineering, he has spent his career operationalizing principles and systems rooted in the Toyota Production System, the Danaher Business System, and the Shingo Model. Jason has facilitated large-scale kaizen, value stream mapping, and daily management transformations at all organizational levels, coaching leaders and teams to translate principles into sustainable behaviors and results. He currently serves as a Continuous Improvement Manager with GBMP Consulting Group, where he designs and delivers hands-on lean learning experiences and facilitates Shingo Model workshops.
