Katarzyna Stołkowska manages implementation projects at 4Results, utilizing QRM and Lean methods. She conducts comprehensive analyses of production processes to help clients achieve operational excellence. Ms. Stołkowska builds and implements continuous improvement systems, develops operator competencies through Training Within Industry, and creates management systems that include meeting grids with metrics, visualization techniques, and effective meeting strategies. She collaborates with leaders to implement Standardized Manager Work, positioning key routines for success. Her particular area of interest is the Visual Thinking methodology, which fosters employee engagement at the grassroots level by collaboratively designing friendly workstations. She works directly in production, developing hundreds of visual solutions and utilizing the Kamishibai tool to enhance work standards and raise employee awareness. Ms. Stołkowska dedicates much of her energy and passion to leading 4Results’ Improvement Leader Academy, which aims to cultivate and develop improvement leaders.
