Biography
Mark McKenzie is a Utah State University Shingo MBA graduate and a senior Lean coach with the Operational Excellence team at the University of Washington (UW). He focuses on management system deployment and maturity, team facilitation, and internal coaching development. He has extensive experience working with teams across UW’s Finance & Administration and is passionate about working with teams to make work better for themselves and their customers—improving the impact they make on campus every day.
