Biography
Melinda Manente is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, and advisor with over 30 years of experience at global Fortune 100 companies such as Cisco, Parker Hannifin, Intel, and General Electric. Best known for her ability to lead change across organizational boundaries, Melinda provides clients with practical strategies to address cultural barriers, improve transactional and operational value streams, and deliver world-class results through employee engagement. Throughout her professional career, Melinda has led significant continuous improvement initiatives as the Global Lean Manager of Parker Hannifin’s Chomerics Division and Lean Implementation Leader at Intel. With experience in Operations, Supply Chain and Strategic Planning, Melinda serves as a catalyst for improvement and cultural change. Melinda is a graduate of the Leaders for Global Operations program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she earned master’s degrees in business and engineering. She earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clarkson University, and is a Shingo Alumna.
