Biography
Ricardo Ruiz is the operations director for the Opex Academy. For over 25 years, he has worked with multinational companies as a mechanical engineer electrician. He is an expert consultant on lean tools and lean transformations for creating sustainable culture models, as well as developing management systems for continuous improvement in companies in Mexico, USA, and LATAM. Mr. Ruiz is well-rounded in operational excellence, business finance, logistics, production, and processes of engineering and lean development of six sigma methodologies. Within these categories of expertise, he has focused on the financial results of a company, the proven ability of a company to manage human and material resources, and the professional, creative, and innovative new strategies for a cultural change in an organization.
