Alfred Plagge is an experienced Lean/TPM principal consultant, trainer, and coach who specializes in Lean value stream transformations. He has experience leading, implementing, and coaching high-performance teams in manufacturing, supply chain, sales, quality, and engineering. Mr. Plagge has more than 20 years of global manufacturing experience in supply chain and operational management and has led new product introductions with global cross-functional teams. He earned a master’s degree in business administration as well as bachelor of science degrees in business administration and electrical engineering. Mr. Plagge is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
