Ana Gati has more than 30 years’ experience in consumer goods, retail, chemicals, energy, and heavy equipment industries. She has worked in several different business functions, including operations, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, strategy, organization effectiveness, innovation, and sustainability. Dr. Gati also has experience in green field and brown field operations. In addition to working in Brazil, her home country, she has extensive international experience working in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Australia. Dr. Gati served as operations director for major international companies such as Avon Products and Mars and gained management consulting experience as an operations expert at McKinsey and A.T. Kearney. Dr. Gati earned masters and PhD degrees from FEA-USP. Dr. Gati serves as a board member; is certified by IBGC in Brazil and and QRD at the DCRO Institute in the USA; and conducts mentoring activities for executives.
