Biography
Brian Hatter is a strong, respected, facilitative leader, mentor, and coach with a proven track record of building successful teams while coaching the personal development of superiors, peers, and subordinates. Mr. Hatter's 35+ years of work experience spans the tier 1 automotive, aerospace, power tools, fluid management and fabrication industries. He is a disciple of Lean, a mechanical engineer, as well as a certified Six Sigma black belt. Mr. Hatter has also completed formal training in situational leadership, developing leadership excellence, coaching for superior performance, and building high-performance teams. He is just as comfortable coaching strategy deployment in the boardroom as he is mentoring and coaching problem-solving where the work is performed. Mr. Hatter has great passion for helping people at all levels of an organization solve problems while moving their organization toward their defined true north.
