Biography

Chris Hayes, as CEO of Impact Performance Solutions, provides vision and strategic direction that ensures the customer’s voice is always the loudest. Ms. Hayes is a proven business performance improvement leader and full spectrum coach and trainer with practical experience from the shop floor to the boardroom. She utilizes integrated process improvement techniques that emphasize developing systems to engage the workforce, drive behaviors, meet objectives, and sustain results. Ms. Hayes sits on the ASQ Board of Directors, has received the honor of ASQ Fellow, and is currently chair for the Lean Enterprise Division. Ms. Hayes has served in various management positions that focused on continuous improvement throughout her career, including COO for iMpact Utah, vice president of quality for Purple, director of quality and continuous improvement at Chromalox, and senior project manager with the Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
