Biography
Chris Merriman is a senior business leader and consultant with broad and international experience in transforming profitability in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Mr. Merriman began his career as a manufacturing systems engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries, and has since held senior positions in manufacturing management, supplier development, business excellence, quality management, and client experience management. For the last several years, Mr. Merriman has been a continuous improvement consultant, coach, and trainer, as well as a Shingo certified facilitator, successfully delivering multiple Shingo workshops at various locations throughout the UK and Ireland. He is a graduate from Cambridge University, chartered engineer, and certified Lean Six Sigma master black belt. As a motivational leader, coach, and trainer, Mr. Merriman's engagement style is to ensure knowledge transfer with a results-focus to increase organizational capability in team-based problem solving, people engagement, and continuous improvement, accelerating their journeys to enterprise excellence.
