Curt Douma has held various roles with increasing responsibility in both manufacturing and service industries. These roles included logistics, distribution, information technology, forecasting, business/data analysis, and operational excellence. Since 2006, Mr. Douma has utilized the Shingo Guiding Principles and Lean concepts to meet customer expectations and guide teams to meet their full potential. During this time, he coached leaders to discover how they could best utilize principles, behaviors, and tools to define their strategy, build work systems, meet strategic objectives, and solve business unit problems. Mr. Douma also led Shingo-based assessments to provide a benchmark for businesses and an annual progression toward achieving operational excellence. His work experience is in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution in forest products, security products, and insurance industries. Mr. Douma earned a bachelor's degree from George Fox University and has volunteered with American Corporate Partners since 2013.
