Didier Rabino brings 30 years of lean experience and is vice president of advisory services at Value Capture LLC, which guides major healthcare organizations in lean transformation. Previously as VP and lean sensei at HealthEast/Fairview, Mr. Rabino spent eight years developing the organization's lean operating system and coaching senior executives. At Andersen Windows, he led the development of the Andersen Management System and managed the Menomonie, Wisconsin plant. During his 13 years at Steelcase, he held various operational leadership roles and collaborated with David Mann to develop the Steelcase Production System. Mr. Rabino, who holds numerous lean certificates, is the 27th recipient of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) Honorary Member Award – the institute's highest honor for a non-member of distinguished professional stature. He is also a Shingo Alumni and a Shingo Prize examiner.
