Drew Butler leads corporate operational excellence at Digital Room/Signs.com, an e-commerce printing company based in California with nine plants in the US. As the former vice president of operations, Signs.com is one of the fastest growing tech companies in Utah. Mr. Butler was responsible for day-to-day operations, operational excellence, and strategic planning to support their future growth plans. Previously, Mr. Butler worked at Curtiss Wright as senior corporate director of operational excellence and led the development and implementation of the CW Way Lean Operating System throughout Curtiss Wright globally. During his 30+year career, he has served in various roles of increasing responsibility in the aerospace, industrial, consumer products, and mining industries with companies such as Boart Longyear, SPS Technologies, and OC Tanner. Mr. Butler earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from Spring Garden College and an MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He worked with the Shingijutsu Consulting Group, and for over 15 years he has been a Shingo senior lead examiner.
