José Francisco Ramírez, founder and partner of Lensys Training Center, is dedicated to business consulting, where he drives organizations in Latin America and Europe toward business excellence. Mr. Ramírez worked for 30 years at TREMEC in the automotive industry, leading the company to several recognitions, including General Motor Supplier of the Year, the National Export Award, the Shingo Prize, the National Innovation and Technology Award, National Energy Saving, and winner at Le Mans. During this time, he was trained in the Toyota Production System in Japan and participated as an evaluator for Mexico’s National Technology and Innovation Award. As an industrial engineer, Mr. Ramírez is a certified ontological coach and a member of the AME Hall of Fame in 2016. Since 1992, he has worked closely with the Shingo Institute as a Shingo alumni, examiner and certified facilitator, and he was inducted into the Shingo Academy in 2023. He is also the author of A3 Y Punto and Sistemas Alineados.
