Garry Corbet is a partner at S A Partners and head of its European business. He has over 10 years experience working in continuous improvement using Lean principles and has held several senior leadership roles prior to joining S A Partners. Mr. Corbet's background is in finance, and he has over 15 years experience in the food industry where he held many different roles including the head of Finance & IT, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources. He also held the role of director of Service and Continuous Improvement in the IT industry. Since joining S A Partners, Mr. Corbet has led programs supporting global clients in financial services, food and drink, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and construction and engineering. Mr. Corbet has an MSc in Lean Operations and is passionate about supporting customers to focus on system thinking, engagement, and results.
