Guillem Sivecas, as a civil engineer, started his career working in the construction industry leading public sector projects in Spain and Switzerland. Now based in Santiago de Chile and operating mainly in Latin America, Mr. Sivecas has more than ten years of operational consulting experience at McKinsey in different roles, such as operations associate, implementation leader (being on the ground with the client leading change), and operations expert (supporting multiple clients providing insights and expertise for lean transformations). Mr. Sivecas has developed his work in a variety of industries, including mining, retail, airlines, oil and gas, construction, cellulose, and forestry. Over the last ten years, he has focused his efforts in mining, which has become a space where he has helped organizations run Lean transformations. As a result, several of these organizations have earned Shingo recognition.
