Jim Mikulski’s early career included roles as a manufacturing, quality, and project engineer. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Mikulski has progressed through operational excellence leadership positions while working for Armstrong, Textron, and TT Industries. In 2015, he successfully led an enterprise excellence transformation using a principle-based approach. Mr. Mikulski has worked and consulted in various sectors, including aerospace, chemicals, plastics, medical devices, and semiconductors. Throughout his career, he has trained and coached over 2,000 people to develop competencies in enterprise excellence. Mr. Mikulski’s work with employers and clients has generated breakthrough results providing over $51 million in profit. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and earned a master's degree in manufacturing management and leadership from RIT. Mr. Mikulski currently serves as a board member for AME’s mid-Atlantic region.
