Juan Carlos Ituarte is a mechanical engineer with graduate studies in administration, quality, and productivity with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors including consulting. Based in Mexico, Mr. Ituarte has supported organizations in various sectors across Latin America in their operational excellence journey including automotive, appliances, electronics, medical devices, food, and chemical. Mr. Ituarte served as director of the Shingo educational partnership with ITESM in Queretaro from 2005 to 2009. He has been an active Shingo examiner since 2006 and has supported Shingo Prize recipient organizations in their transformation process. Mr. Ituarte is an expert in strategy and operational excellence and has supported hundreds of leaders with training, coaching, and strategy deployment system. He is the host of the "Ruta a la Excelencia" podcast.
