Ken Jones is an expert in organizational excellence and Lean systems thinking. He brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, quality, and manufacturing across the contract manufacturing, automotive, nuclear, and pharmaceutical sectors. He has a proven track record in transformation and business performance improvement. Mr. Jones led the Operational Excellence Strategic Imperatives to achieve world-class manufacturing performance in nuclear at Westinghouse Springfields Fuels. He also led the transformation at Ipsen Biopharm—the first biotech site in the world—and helped the site achieve Shingo recognition in organizational excellence as a Bronze Medallion recipient. Mr. Jones has delivered Lean Learning Academy programs at Jaguar Land Rover and created and deployed Lean Learning Academy programs at Westinghouse. At the Ellesmere Port in Cheshire, England site, he led the General Motors Global Manufacturing Systems (GMGMS) transformation in a new model launch.
