Luc Baetens has worked with industrial companies since 2000 to improve the performance of their operations in Europe and on other continents. He has audited, designed, implemented, and managed their efforts. Over the years, Mr. Baetens specialized in supply chain management and operational excellence. He worked for manufacturing companies in various sectors like BIC, Etex, PSA, AGC, Honda, Ansell, Knauf, Unilin, Thalès, and many others. His previous experience as managing director and now managing partner at Möbius have also given him solid experience in general management, including finance, accounting, and human resources management. In Möbius' self-steering organization, that means he defines the strategy for the company and represents its purpose. Mr. Baetens earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in general international management, and he is a strong believer in the transformative power of behavioral techniques in embedding operational excellence.
