Biography

Marco Nascimento has more than 27 years’ experience in training and consulting with many different business types. He brings expertise to the concepts of operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, business process, TPM, Design for Lean Sigma, and logistics. Mr. Nascimento has become a trusted advisor to companies such as Cerveceria Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma in Mexico; Bimbo Bakery in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Peru; McCain Foods in Argentina and South Africa; BHP Billiton in South Africa and Chile; Vale in Brazil among others. He is a Lean expert in carrying out transformation and execution, directing agents of change, performing analysis to identify root causes and improvement approaches based on data experience, with each demonstrating results that guarantee speed and quality by using plan-of-day, Obeya, RdPs, and Kaizen events.
