Nancy Nouaimeh is a Shingo alumni, examiner, and certified workshop facilitator. She is the founder of XcelliUm Management Consultancy, an organizational excellence consulting firm in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Ms. Nouaimeh has more than 24 years of experience in the areas of total quality management, continuous improvement methodologies, and business excellence and cultural transformation. Her expertise includes strategy deployment, ISO management systems (QMS, EMS, HSMS, FSMS, BCM), risk and performance management, customer service excellence, and project management offices. Since 2008, Ms. Nouaimeh has been conducting gap analysis and assessments for National Excellence, Quality, Innovation, and CSR Awards. Ms. Nouaimeh has also served as a jury member for a Government Excellence Award Program and board member of ISCM and ASQ. She holds several ASQ certifications: CQA, CSP, and CSSGB. She is a certified Change Management Practitioner (ACMP), and Chartered Business Excellence Expert (BEX). She holds several ASQ certifications: CQA, CSP, and CSSGB.
