He is an expert consultant on lean tools and lean transformations for creating sustainable culture models, as well as developing management systems for continuous improvement in companies in Mexico, USA, and LATAM. Mr. Ruiz is well-rounded in operational excellence, business finance, logistics, production, and processes of engineering and lean development of six sigma methodologies.
