Roger Echeverria, a partner in organizational excellence consulting at PXS School of Excellence, is an operations executive with more than 30 years of international experience in operational excellence, manufacturing, engineering, and quality operations, primarily in the medical industry. Mr. Echeverria is a Shingo Prize examiner and a senior examiner and technical advisory board member of the Costa Rica Excellence Award. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Shingo Alumni. During his career, Mr. Echeverria has trained professionals and assessed operational excellence models in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Mr. Echeverria earned an MBA from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, in Spain, and a specialization in strategic management of innovation from the George Washington University School of Business. He also earned an industrial engineering degree from the University of Costa Rica. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
