Biography
Ted Iverson is the managing director at ICG, a boutique consulting firm focused on helping organizations attain Shingo-level performance and culture. He also serves as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company, where he worked for almost ten years guiding organizations globally. Mr. Iverson has a wide range of operational excellence and business process improvement experience across many industries and cultural profiles. His past clients include Shingo Prize recipients and other industry leaders. While working in industry early in his career, Mr. Iverson led award-winning business transformations in commercial aircraft, medical equipment, agricultural equipment, and food processing. He has been an examiner for the Shingo Prize since 1995 and has served as an adjunct faculty member at several universities teaching courses in Lean and materials management.
