Warren Cotter has 25+ years of experience within operations and maintenance across a range of organizations in the zinc, alumina, explosives supply, manufacturing, and coal industries. For more than a decade, he worked at BHP across many of their coal assets in Queensland, Australia. He served as a regional coach embedding the BHP Operating System within the BMA asset. Mr. Cotter has a passion for continuous improvement and is currently the managing director of Odyssey Alliance, an Australian-based management consultancy, comprising a team with over 75 years of collective expertise drawn from various high-level management and leadership roles from diverse industry backgrounds. He is also a fitter machinist with a maintenance and minerals processing background having worked in a range of operations and maintenance leadership roles. Mr. Cotter earned a MBA and was a certified Operational Excellence Assessor at BHP.
