Yvonn Gaßner is a highly motivated and experienced LSS Master Black Belt. She has trained and coached more than 1200 professionals and executives. As a mechanical/mathematical engineer, Ms. Gaßner is used to solving problems scientifically. She has extensive knowledge in classical, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies as well as management concepts.
